?Well it’s nearly here. The time of year when even the hardest nosed of commercial creatures switch off for the season.
At Scotwork we are no different.
We are putting away our planning tools, our diagnostic apps, our value creation engines and negotiation logs.
We are slipping into our comfy slippers, lighting the wood burner, scattering chestnuts all around the hearth and chilling the white whilst gently warming the mulled red.
Presents are wrapped with not a care in the world as to whether they are reciprocated. The joy is in the giving, and seeing the pleasure that creates in others (it is Christmas after all!).
So no negotiating (of a business-related sense at least) for a few days. Getting recharged ready for what promises to be a big year in 2017. A year fresh with all the hyper uncertainties we are going to be facing, like it or not. A cloud of possibilities.
When January comes around we have to be ready. We will be. Hope you will be too!
