Marty Finkle,
CPT, is the CEO of Scotwork (NA) Inc. Marty runs the North
American business where he and his team of seasoned negotiators
work with over 100 companies in over 20 industries focused on
negotiations. He is a much sought after speaker,
advisor, consultant and writer on negotiation. He speaks nationally
and works closely with many organizations on negotiation strategy,
process and behaviors across their enterprise and cultures. The
companies Marty and his team work with experience incredible ROI on
their negotiation engagements internally and externally. This
process is adaptable to executive boardroom, sales, business
development, procurement and sourcing, finance, operations, human
resources at all levels of the corporation. It is also
adaptable to negotiations in your personal lives.
In the past Marty worked for, AT&T, General Mills, Lever
Brothers, Franklin Quest, and Oxford Health Plans in various sales
and executive roles helping shape their sales teams, managers and
businesses. He is one of less than 1000 Certified Performance
Technologists worldwide, a high honor bestowed on him for his work
in the Training and Performance Consulting industry. Marty
graduated from RIT with a bachelors in Business Administration and
Communicaiton and from Fordham University with his Masters in Human
Resource Education. He is a member of a number of boards and
charitable organizations where he lends his expertise in
business, negotiations and diversity.
Marty lives in South Orange New Jersey with his partner and two
yellow labs and has 2 daughters. His mantra is "helping others
help themselves" and "negotiate with integrity" and he follows that
in his professional and personal life.
Sandy Sbarra is a
Vice President with Scotwork (NA) Inc. in Washington, DC
area. Sandy joined Sotwork in March of 2001 at the outset of
the North
American operation. His has a background
in procurement and has been employed by various companies in the
United States, including Western Union and M&M/Mars. He
has held a number of positions as a purchasing professional from
Expeditor to Commodity Manager. Sandy spent the last twelve
years in purchasing with M&M/Mars and was responsible for the
management of Commodity Groups, purchasing raw components, MRO and
services. He was also part of a team at Mars that developed
its own internal negotiation-training program for their Commercial
Associates.
Sandy's education includes a B.A from
SUNY at Cortland and an MBA in Management from Bernard Baruch, part
of C.U.N.Y.
Rich Waldrop is a
Vice President with Scotwork (NA) Inc. located in Parsippany, New
Jersey. Rich has been with Scotwork Since 2002 and has
25 years of prior experience in the refrigeration equipment
manufacturing business. He has knowledge in all areas of
manufacturing including production, sales, finance, inventory
control, engineering, and company President. He is a former
member of APICS, ASHRAE, and ASChE and has a number of patents
relating to the use of low temperature refrigeration for air
pollution control systems.
Rich has a degree in Industrial
Technology from East Carolina University.
