This course is for people who have completed the Advancing Negotiation Skills 1 course and want to develop their abilities to strategic level while managing negotiation teams.

Everything you have been taught so far focuses on what happens within the negotiating room. Here you study the wider context. You examine behaviors to decide which strategy to adopt. You use analytics to steer a path through complex negotiations. And you learn how to skillfully plan and prepare your teams in advance and how to debrief them effectively.
