A self-professed “nerd,” Aleena graduated from Oral Roberts University with a 4.0 GPA. Along the way, she was named the College of Business Most Outstanding Undergraduate Student & Marketing Student of the Year 2015. Her professional career is no less impressive, having applied her mind to the business of problem-solving.

“In previous roles, I found that what I enjoyed most wasn’t necessarily the industry itself, but the opportunity to help solve meaningful problems,” she says. “That’s what drew me to Scotwork. Here, I get to help organizations tackle bigger, more complex challenges in a way that can create meaningful change—not only in revenue and business outcomes, but in culture and the way teams work together.”
