Allie’s arrival at Scotwork and the world of negotiation is the merging of two completely unrelated but perfectly suited pursuits: 1) a master’s degree in secondary education and six years in public education, culminating in one of her proudest achievements: when her students earned the highest scores on that year’s Connecticut State ELA exam; 2) administrative and management experience at a regional veterinary hospital, directing daily operations and client communications.

“After years of managing complex dynamics, mediating daily challenges, and coaching communication in the classroom and clinical management, moving into negotiation was a natural evolution,” she says. “Negotiation is rooted in empathy, strategic positioning, and understanding human behavior—skills I’m passionate about applying to help businesses achieve high-value outcomes.”
