A sales and marketing executive, Gaëtan brings to Scotwork 30 years of global experience in negotiation and process improvement, having finessed multimillion-dollar contracts in Japan, China, Thailand, Belgium, Sweden, and Canada.
Gaëtan is motivated to understand the emotions, fears, and desires driving each of us. As a result of his work combined with 10 years of personal development, he published his first book: Mindful nEGOtiation.
Originally from Montreal, he holds an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke. “I believe that if we pay attention to the emotions at any step of negotiation, we can change the outcome,” he says.
